Project management specializations offer advanced coursework and hands-on experience Shared courses for Capella's PhD in Business Management, Project Management specialization and DBA Project Management specialization include advanced concepts and methodologies in project management, projects as complex adaptive systems, advanced risk management systems and research, and dynamics of program and portfolio management.
